Tutor Review / Replacement Policy
By using Tutor Expertz services, students and parents are expected to follow the practices, communication rules, payment conditions, and session policies below.
Session Materials
Teachers will prepare the relevant documents (for example Word or PowerPoint files) for each session and share them with the students at the end of each session.
Admin Support During Sessions
During the tutoring session, the assigned TE administrator will be available for chat on Skype if anything needs to be arranged.
Skype Start & Finish Protocol
At the beginning of each session on Skype, both the student and teacher must write “session started.”
At the end of the session, both must write “session finished,” so administrators have full visibility of tutoring sessions.
Data Security
After the 3rd session, the assigned administrator will host a feedback discussion with the student or parent and address any issues at that point. Parents and students may also provide feedback directly to TE management on an regular basis.

If students or parents have any queries or concerns during or after sessions, they can consult the administrator via Skype or email at info@tutorexpertz.com
Terms and Conditions for Students / Parents
- Students and parents will not share personal information with tutors, such as Skype IDs, email addresses, or phone numbers. TE administrators will handle communication logistics.
- Students are advised not to engage in personal conversations with tutors during or after tutoring sessions in order to maintain professionalism and a healthy learning environment.
- Students or parents must purchase a minimum of 3 sessions per subject at a time (3 hours of tutoring per subject).
Payment Before Sessions
Payment is made before the sessions, and this amount is non-refundable. The TE team ensures that all sessions are successfully delivered.
Important: Payment is made before sessions and cannot be refunded.
